Q: What is required to jump?
A: A signed waiver and socks are both required to jump in our facility.
Q: What happens if I forget socks?
A: Relax, we have you covered. You may purchase socks for $1.50/pair + tax.
Q: What do I need to do to reserve a party?
A: A $50 deposit is required to book a party, we accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) to place a deposit.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: The deposit is non-refundable. However, it is transferable if given one weeks notice.
Q: How long does the party last?
A: 75 minutes of bounce time and 45 minutes of party time.
Q: How many guests may I invite?
A: 26 guests for the MEGA BOUNCE PACKAGE, 16 guests for the CLASSIC BOUNCE PACKAGE and 8 guests for the MINI-BOUNCE PACKAGE.
Q: What if I have more than the allotted number of children?
A: You will be charged $10 for each additional child.
Q: How early should I arrive for the party?
A:The host and guest should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled party time.
Q: Can I bring decorations?
A: We provide all paper products free of charge, but if you prefer a theme for your party feel free to bring your own. Please do not bring confetti, silly string, or streamers, and we do not allow anything to be tacked to the walls. We will provide balloons for an additional charge.
Q: Is alcohol allowed for the adults?
A: Absolutely NO alcohol is allowed on our premises.
Q: Can adults play on the inflatables?
A: Of course, we want you to have interactive fun with your children. Adults are free of charge!
Q: How far in advance do I have to call in my order for pizza?
A: We require at least a 48 hour notice on the number of pizzas needed for your child's party.
Q: Who can enter Bounce City?
A: Anyone accompanying a child may enter, however for security reasons no adults may enter without a child, except for a party.
Q: Is cake included in party package?
A: No, you may bring your own cake or cookies for your party and don't forget candles.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A: No, you can bring cake,cookies and drinks to celebrate and we can provide pizza and drinks at an additional charge. If you are ordering the pizza package you can bring in side items (chips, dip, fruit, veggie tray).
Q: What optional items do you have?
A: For an additional charge we can provide: pizza, drinks, candy art, goodie cups, candles and balloons.
Q: What is candy art?
A: It is incredible edible sand candy. Each child can create their own color combination and flavor. It is also a fun interactive party favor instead of goody bags, available at an additional charge.
Q: Can I tip my Bounce Host?
A: Tipping is appreciated and if you feel your host has done a good job please tip accordingly. The customary tip amount is 10-15% of the party total however, it is up to you.
Q: What time should I put on my invitation?
A: It is recommended that you put a time of 10-15 minutes earlier than your party. The typical guest needs about ten minutes to check-in, complete waivers, drop off gifts and go over safety rules. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE ANY EARLIER THAN 15 mins. BEFORE YOUR PARTY.
Q: What is a Summer Bounce Pass?
A: It is a pass that allows the child to enjoy unlimited jumping for 1 to 3 months for one set price.
Q: Is Internet access free?
A: Yes, all you need is your laptop and wireless Internet card to access the Internet.
